The staff at The Hotel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. especially Ibrahim AL-Matrafi Their warm welcome and attention to detail set the tone for the entire visit. The check-in process was seamless, and I was promptly escorted to my impeccably designed room.

Excellent location, right at the door step of Ka'bah. Building integrated with mall and other hotels. Food is very nice. Room is clean. Instead of knocking on door, they should add a tag at the door if want to get the room cleaned. Access to room floors should be limited with access cards

Rooms were great, very quiet and clean, with all the necessary equipments required for a comfortable stay. Would have appreciated if they could add a microwave oven in the room, and perhaps a way for ventilation without the air conditioner on. Other than those small details everything was great. I really loved the speakers inside the room through which the call to prayer was broadcasted. The view was beautiful. Room service was very helpful, cleaning was thorough. The breakfast offered by the hotel was great with a wide variety of options and cuisines having healthy nutritional choices while also being delicious. It was very convenient to go to the Haram from here. Overall our stay was lovely, thank you for the service.

Had a pleasant experience while staying here. We were served by Thunayan at the reception. He was hugely helpful at trying to sort out room preferences. He accommodated my request to change one of our rooms. I wouldn't necessarily rate all the rooms the same. Some are better than others. I have read signs that they have started upgrading the hotel. I hope that this does justice to the 5 star rating which is lacking a bit at the moment.

Stayed at the hotel four days back. I was absolutely shocked with the condition of the hotel. We mainly booked this due to location as it’s very close to haram. It’s a total waste of money. We booked a suite which was well paid in advance. On arrival we were informed that no suite is available and hotel is over booked so all they can do is provide two rooms instead. They didn’t try at all to help us or even suggest a refund. Even the next day we had to request them multiple times to get the room we actually paid for. The whole check in process was an absolute disaster. Time consuming and no one willing to understand. Rooms were outdated with cockroaches and no basic amenities. Didn’t even provide an extra towel saying we have already given. No room service was done also. On upgradation to suite the telephone wasn’t working. No refund or compensation was offered regarding the loss of the room for a single day. The lift takes forever to come and service is miserable. Highly discriminating staff. I shall not book this place again. The restaurant no doubt was good and served a good spread of breakfast with friendly staff. But apart from that nothing was good about the hotel
