Almost a Five-star hotel but it has extremely reasonable rates as compared to an original Five star. Amazing hotel building and room ambiance. Lavish bathroom and toilets. It's just one funny incident, the bell boy forgot my dates box at the main hotel entrance and brought all my luggage to the room and said that's all were there. I told him there was one more of my dates box. Firstly, he denied and then he left saying that he’ll go and check but never came back. 🤣 Then I went all the way from tower 5 to the main hotel lobby entrance to check, and my dates box worth SAR500 was still lying there. 😆 So I picked it up and brought it to the room myself. Best hotel guaranteed but service could be more improved by elucidating staff.

Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to makkah. The shuttle is very efficient, and you can always get it to the haram so the distance is not an issue at all. The fully equipped rooms are very comfortable, modern, and neat. It is a value for money being a 5-star hotel and pricing on a budget. Enough of cupboard space in the rooms as well. Negatives: The showers are an injustice to the room. There is no pressure at all from the shower head, and you get only a tiny trickle of water from it. The minibar is only just a chiller. Do not put food or milk in here. It will go bad. It is just for fruit and water. Your items do not get cold. The rooms are not soundproof. You hear a occasional sounds from the hall and common areas or if someone else shuts their room door The phone calls for room service, dining, and reception are rarely answered, and if it is, you'd have to wait at least a minute before someone picks up.

Very good hotel first stay here. I don't know other Tows but Tower 4 was very clean helpful staff and I am really happy we came here. Big selection in breakfast and was amazing.Very friendly staff everywhere especially Fatima and one other I forget the name. The shuttle service is very efficient but the shuttle was nightmare coming back to Hotal I think on that the bus drive has to focus on passengers and not to over crowded the bus. Overall everything was excellent will definitely recommend.

Excellent rooms and facilities. Shuttle service is amazing and very efficient. My visit was very comfortable Alhamdulillah. Just a suggestion, kindly increase service staff to receive calls to reception, house keeping etc and for maintenance of floors. Plus facilities in tower 2 are good but tower 6 is completely neglected. Hope this is taken positively.

My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities the Hotel is very new everything is clean and neat they have shuttle to the haram for free every 10 minutes I will definitely will rebook in the future inshallah
