We enjoyed staying here The hotel is new, beautiful, clean, luxurious, there are a lot of closets in the room, refrigerator, kettle, Nescafe, the screen is large and pleasant. The service is fast, the room service is excellent The restaurant has different dishes, and dinner was also ordered in the room, and it was not too late, and it was delicious From ten minutes to a quarter of an hour walk from Haram Security is high (the elevator can only move with your room card) Finally, the staff is very, very wonderful, everyone is received with a smile, and everyone serves you. Names of some employees who served and honored us: Mohamed Rahaf (this is extraordinarily amazing ??).

The hotel was nice modern and clean with great service. Whenever we needed anything the service was smooth and quick. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had a wide range of foods to eat from. Most importantly it was a restaurant with high hygiene standards. I can't think was anything to complain about. Only thing to be aware of is you need a short bus journey to get to masjid Al Haram

Overall the hotel itself is quite good. New and modern. However the problems begin as soon as you check in. The elevator is terrible, it's just a joke, sometimes you have to wait for 5-10 mins for the elevator to come and then you find out that the ppl inside are actually going up and not down (although you presses down btn). No logic, absolutely. Sometimes it just passes you by, although you wanted to go in the same direction. 5 Elevators for each side and no logic whatsoever. Room service is ok, could've been better for a 4 star hotel. Sometimes the cleaner forgets to give you napkins or water. That's bearable. The WiFi, omg. Look if you want to stream netflix or work on your laptop, buy a big internet package from stc and don't use the WiFi. Forget about the existence of WiFi. 5Mb/s, amazing. Good job! I also had to come down to reception for WiFi credentials because mine didn't work and the receptionist had no idea why. The bus service is good overall. The amount of busses is mostly sufficient. The room itself is comfy, but the mattress is huge, who in the world needs such a high mattress? WHY? The walls are thin as paper, I can literally hear how people move in the next room. There's a router in every room. You know what's funny about this? That in the end you are gonna have a weak WiFi connection anyways. The dining, is ok. Not too fancy and tol shaby. I mean, listen, the hotel is actually good, yea. But the way it's all done and managed.. it's not a 4 star hotel level to keep it simple. P.S: we once had an alarm "test" at 3:00 A.M. Who in the hell does an alarm test at 3:00 A.M? That's insane.

I went for umrah last week So I made paid online confirmed booking a week before that. when i reached hotel after umrah, they were asking me to wait for 3 hours. i went there with my 4months infant and wife. they are not considering us at all. the receptionists are very rude. i waited 3 hours and stand in the recption queue again. they were telling us to wait more. what is this??? why they are treating umrah pilgrims like this?? Really disappointed.

The hotel is good and overall it gives a good vibe. The only disappointing thing is there shuttle service. You are dropped off far from haram and the wait time is very much. Takes 30/40 mins for bus to start journey of 15-20 mins towards haram. Walking is a better option but too far. The management is not at par with IHG standards. They need to realise the company standards they need to deliver. I have booked 4 rooms and I am here with group of my family. Hotel is perfect but not satisfied with shuttle and management which seems lost.
