My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities the Hotel is very new everything is clean and neat they have shuttle to the haram for free every 10 minutes I will definitely will rebook in the future inshallah

It's a five-star hotel just in name. Very very very poor management as well as room service. I reserved three rooms for my family and stayed here for 7 seven days. In seven days they didn’t give us bath assecories like teeth bush even soup to wash our hands or face. If I demanded room service he said please call room service and when to call them no one responded. And when I went to the reception they said to call to them. And when I informed they replied we have 8000 rooms here and only 8 call responders available. I was surprised that they have 8000 rooms and only 8 people hired to attend the call. Ridiculous. The room door locked was not workable properly. I don’t think that it is a five-star hotel. Not recommended to anyone. Once more their management and room service were very very poor. Don’t waste your money here.

I have spent 2 days here in tower 4. Rooms are clean and perfectly equipped. Their service is amazing. Al Karam restaurant team is OUTSTANDING! Super super experienced in customer service. Special thanks to Fatima the hostess and Younes inside the restaurant. The bakery section at the restaurant is a must to try, actually it was my favourite. The only thing that i would request the hotel to look more at is the shuttle bus situation. Other than that, was an amazing experience. Thanks again to the whole team.

The hotel or more specifically the group hotels ( as they had 8 linked huge towers) is state of art when it came to facilities, rooms, decorations..etc But it really needs a serious change when it came to customer care and guest experience; starting from the always busy reception with limited staff ( i faced bad attitude from some of them) to cope with the expected traffic, the unclear roots between towers/floors/elevator, to the a silly but big issue with the room card as it requires to be programmed occasionally. Special thanks for Mr. Sami ( reception supervisor, tower 2) for his kindness and understanding.

New hotel but understaffed. Had to beg them for two days to provide towels. Have to phone them about 4x a day to come and clean. House keeping extremely rude and abrupt. Would not recommend staying here during busy periods as they can not cope and do not have enough staff or materials. Room clean means they will provide soaps and water. Cannot wipe or clean bathrooms or make beds. For a 5* hotel they need to up their game
