Far from good convineant stores and from Masjid al-Haram. Gar for taxies to find. Uber usually don't accept. Good equipment used (elevators, air conditioning etc.) Has cafe, game room, kids room.

Food was good but the restaurant receptionist was rude impolite and showed lack of professionalism. He counted two time visit for me using Cobone and almost didn’t accept my purchased cobons till another guy kicked in and solved the debate. His mob no. +966 59 230 4187

This place is incredible!!!! For my Umrah trip they provided a bus so no.need for a taxi! The rooms are soo clean, new and absolutely amazing. I would recommend this hotel to most people.

The room service in this hotel is the weakness. Unfortunatly was everything for a 2 star Hotel not 4 stars. Starting from Reception to the content of the room. No towels in the room ,broken drawers , Plugs are not in place especialy where we sleep . You should ask the Reception for every single detail in the room, water was no drinking water, no towels , the money safe was not working , i couldnt open it with the code i v given , i asked the reception, he told me too many unuseful words ...... i lost my time with this wounderfull ? action. He heared that i ll inform the minstry of tourism about this thing and then he changed the behavior all of suden..... then he could bring the key of the money safe and in 5 minutes....... The guy in the reception who recieves the room calls is absolutly not the right person here. As a summery i will definitly try another hotel next time. I ll share this experience with minstry of tourism because it is highly unpleasable stay and disturbing.

I love the place..the road is full of trees ...the building design is beautiful. Rooms are clean and the price is convenient in comparison to other dirty hotels. There is nursery and playground for kids. Good services and prompt response. There are shuttle buses to Haram. ❤️ ? really loved the experience...

Violet shesha Hotel is located in Makkah, 3.1 mi from Hira Cave and 3.7 mi from Abraj Al Bait. Warmly decorated rooms. They have flat-screen TVS, free Wi-Fi and mini fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good hotel, nice staff, clean room highly recommended for family, they have coffee shop and kids area also they provide shuttle to drop and pick up from Masjid al Haram. the breakfast open buffet is great with tasty and delicious food” Other amenities include restaurant, warm lobby seating area, meeting rooms etc
