Very rude staff. Horrible very bad experience. Should never ever go. No body speaks English either. They took my money for breakfast and did not let me eat. The guys at the reception are very very rude.

Very good stay. The only negative side about the hotel is the distance from Ka'ba. The shuttle bus drops off at the backside bus stand of Ka'ba near the Abu jehel hammam. Otherwise very good place to stay at.

Very good customer service. Bit far from haram but value for money if you book below 150 SAR per night if its costing you more look for a nearer option. Rooms are small but Again you get what you paid for !

The room was clean and cosy. Too much over crowded. Ppl had been waiting long in que for their turn for check-in . Can't find parking near by . Bus service is available . After every 1 hour

The only thing bad about the room and the service is that the keycard for my room wasn't working and then I had to go down to reception to change it I tried it again it didn't work,so basically I changed it 3 times and it still didn't work

Violet shesha Hotel is located in Makkah, 3.1 mi from Hira Cave and 3.7 mi from Abraj Al Bait. Warmly decorated rooms. They have flat-screen TVS, free Wi-Fi and mini fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good hotel, nice staff, clean room highly recommended for family, they have coffee shop and kids area also they provide shuttle to drop and pick up from Masjid al Haram. the breakfast open buffet is great with tasty and delicious food” Other amenities include restaurant, warm lobby seating area, meeting rooms etc
