very good hotel with every convenience.The staff is courteous and modest. The rooms needed serious cleaning.Take a shower and use the restroom together. After each shower, the floor needs to be mopped. To make a double bed, single mattresses are placed together with single beds.

Very nice hotel with all the facilities Staff is very humble and polite. Every time we visit to makkah we only want to stay at this hotel. The place is so clean and well maintained.it is also very affordable. My family loves to stay there. Thanks to sama aldeafah for providing such a nice hotel. 😍😍

Starting on a positives, the reception staff were incredibly friendly. However, the experience with the cleaning staff was the opposite. The rooms were extremely dirty; we even found blood on the bed covers. When we talked to the reception and he asked the cleaning staff, they argued and claimed that they did not have available covers to change ours. The rooms were extremely small and dirty, which ultimately forced us to leave two days earlier than planned. And ofcourse , we were not reimbursed for the remaining days.

Shower and seat toilet together. You have to mop the floor after every shower. Single beds are put together with single mattresses to make double. Short length for the feet and beds keep separating when you turn in the bed.

Sama Al Diyafah is a four star hotel in Makkah. 3-km drive from the Great Mosque of Mecca and 7 km from the Makkah Royal Clock Tower. The cosy rooms provide free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and minifridges, as well as tea and coffeemakers. There is free bus service from the hotel. Nearly Bengali flavour restaurant. The staff is very cooperative. Other amenities include halal restaurant and a glitzy lobby lounge, as well as a prayer room. The hotel caters to Muslim guests only.
