Overall service was good. We stayed here for 2 nights during umrah. The room was considered very small but equipped with standard hotel amenities. We were given a secluded room inside a ‘control valve zone’ where there was other building basement’s view. No shuttle service provided. Location was relatively far from the grand mosque with very hilly area. Not suitable for elderly or physically challenged people. Other than that, the breakfast spread was good.

What is liked about the hotel the most was the staff that was very helpful and gentle in general. The room service was very nice specially the man called Saiful-Islam, who was serving our floor 6, he was very nice and helpful I would rate him 10/10 mashallah

Very nice and clean hotel, all staff members are extremely helpful and have very quick service. Special thanks to MD Khairul Islam for doing a great job cleaning the room, he was very quick and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. Would recommend anyone coming for Umrah to stay at the Sheraton, I would definitely come again. Pros: - luxurious and clean - very nice, helpful, multilingual staff/ security - close distance to Masjid al Haram - nice breakfast buffet Cons: - slight slope from hotel to masjid which may be difficult for the elderly or people in wheelchairs - some outlets in rooms don’t work

Overall satisfactory experience. There is a construction going on outside that makes room too noisy. Also, they didn't give us the room that we booked. On continuous reminders they didn't take any measure to rectify it. As Haram side next to the hotel is under construction, it requires a bit of a walk to go to Haram. The elevators are too slow and further slowed by people not following the instructions. Very poor and insecure internet.

Although the rooms are clean, the distance to the grand mosque isn’t convenient at all. We have to walk a steep hill with elderly, or get a cab. Many of the guests here are complaining about having no buses to take us back and forth.
