Had an amazing stay for 8 nights here but main issue no shuttle buses as mentioned in other reviews if you are planning to pray 5 times in haram it will be very tiresome. The walk to hotel is on a hill even if you are healthy adult it will be difficult as you always have to walk a lot in and around haram. Rooms are amazing staff is amazing everything was great.

I've had a very decent stay at this brand new property, rooms are nice and well-appointed, overall a good experience. Breakfast is very good. They do something really weird when you are seated in your table, they put a Hilton Honors paper on your table and bring you a fresh orange juice to ask you afterwards to post a high score review for them. I don't think this is necessary, the hotel is nice and the breakfast is also good, they rather focus on guest service, rather than doing these tricks which are not really genuine to get more review. There is something fake about the method, although I must say my experience was good. I just did not appreciate the method.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Our need were mostly catered for. Large selection for breakfast. A bit of a walk to the Haram but shuttle service is provided. Suggestion, introduce some South East Asian dishes into breakfast.

Great location within walking distance to Haram, and they also offer regular shuttle buses. Our package included breakfast; however, they provide a dinner open buffet for 85 SAR per person. Both buffets weren't exceptional. Despite having a spacious room, it was on the gym floor where you could easily hear dumbbells bouncing. They lose one star as the room wasn't deep cleaned, with noticeable dust in the corners and sanitary pads left in the toilet bin. I would expect something better from a Hilton hotel, especially given their prices.

The rooms were very clean and big, the bathroom was also nice and clean. Room service was amazing, regular cleaning, new towels etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of options during breakfast. There is a shuttle service which goes a little closer to haram that saves you walking uphill. The only negative is that the laundry service in the hotel is expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying on further visits. They go above and beyond during your stay, The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.
