Otherwise would've given 5. Staff and Service was overall amazing and deserved more than 5 stars All things should be functioning.. the phones were non functional in some rooms. No way to communicate with staff other than going all the way down to reception. INTERNET was a big problems.only some rooms were getting decent signals NS some getting no signal at all.

The location is perfect, extremely close to the mosque gate and the main shops around. Service: Requests are always heard and with immediate actions👏 Thank you to all housekeepers and front office staff, Especially Ahmed, Saudi guy-he is amazing! Well deserved 5 stars for the service ⭐️

Amazing experience at the restaurant ! Everyone was so helpful and willing to help. Hamdi hosted us and was the kindest of all. He took time to show us everything and even to speak French with us! Thank you for having us, we will come back every time for sure.

Arriving at the hotel, a warm welcome embraced me. The impeccable service, plush accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay truly delightful. From the luxurious amenities to the courteous staff, every moment exuded comfort and hospitality. Even the checkout was a very easy process facilitated by Mr Al-Tori. A perfect haven for a memorable experience.

** Above and beyond ** Everything about our stay was wonderful, but I would especially like to praise Chef Sharif and the dining room team who accommodated my dietary needs with exquisite care and attention. The staff at reception was also extremely kind and responsive to any questions or requests from our group of 8 people. Last but not least the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Highly recommended.
