If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, this is the one place I would give it to! I stayed here for two weeks while on a business trip and loved every single day of my stay. Mr. Eissa (Manager), Leena (management), Rahaf (reception), Ansori (help staff), Saifullah (Chef) and all of the helping, kitchen and house-keeping staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Made me feel right at home. Thank you so much for a lovely experience!

It's ridiculous that they cancelled our booking (Confirmation: 72432824) without any valid reason, saying that we are busy and explore rate is no longer available, are you serious?? This booking was completely confirmed and was booked in advance and all of sudden they have cancelled my booking on last minute and ruined my trip. We are reaching to Marriott Head Office to complaint about your illegal cancellation of our booking.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean. The direct access to the mall is a good added bonus. Be careful though when you go there, the mall entrances and exits are a bit confusing and they all have tire destroyers. Update 16/4/2022 My initial review was 5 stars. But I’m updating it, because I made a reservation through Marriott Bonvoy app for Eid Holiday. The booking is confirmed and the rate was guaranteed, but to my surprise, they sent me an email saying that due to high occupancy they are cancelling my reservation and I have to make a new one at the higher rate. I really liked this property, but I’ll never go back there, because their management operates in bad faith and dishonesty.
