It's ridiculous that they cancelled our booking (Confirmation: 72432824) without any valid reason, saying that we are busy and explore rate is no longer available, are you serious?? This booking was completely confirmed and was booked in advance and all of sudden they have cancelled my booking on last minute and ruined my trip. We are reaching to Marriott Head Office to complaint about your illegal cancellation of our booking.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean. The direct access to the mall is a good added bonus.
Be careful though when you go there, the mall entrances and exits are a bit confusing and they all have tire destroyers.
Update 16/4/2022
My initial review was 5 stars. But I’m updating it, because I made a reservation through Marriott Bonvoy app for Eid Holiday. The booking is confirmed and the rate was guaranteed, but to my surprise, they sent me an email saying that due to high occupancy they are cancelling my reservation and I have to make a new one at the higher rate.
I really liked this property, but I’ll never go back there, because their management operates in bad faith and dishonesty.

Stayed ~3 weeks
Very good things:
- Nice service around the food and restaurant; attentive people
- General feeling of the hotel, atmosphere; you know you are treated individually and well taken care bye veryone; very quickly you feel like home
- Breakfasts are good
- Rooms are spacious and clean
Things to improve:
- Generally takes some effort to find things from the room and it required
- While asking to find my veil my just delivered clean abaya was taken once again to clean and later I discovered to be charged twice; did not mention as I had other things to be clarified
