Makarem Mina Hotel

Nice place neat and clean place... Atmosphere good ?.. I want an job on this hotel if owner give me...

The worst hotel I just came out of, I didn't even stay, checked in and already was dealt with poorly and given bad customer service, the rooms and the hallway was disgusting. I paid and selected breakfast through Agoda, when I came and confirmed my booking they said that breakfast is not included then I showed them my booking on Agoda, they said that it's Agoda's problem and not theirs, I told them that Agoda will only put up what you inform them, they still didn't want to take any responsibility. After talking to Agoda's wonderful team, I got my money back mostly and left the hotel and switched to another one. Never ever stay here! Just because someone pays less that doesn't mean that you give them dirt, every human has the right to the basics which is cleanliness, decency on customer service, etc.

About 3km form Haram mosque. Shutter bus available. Rooms are good with Central AC. Good place to stay.

It's very noisy. I can't sleep , All the rooms are shared with the next room by a door, I can hear the snoring of the next room.

Been many times very good service. Value for money.10 minutes in taxi from Haram.reception desk can get very busy and need to wait to check-in.
