I booked last minute in this hotel for 2 nights and I really enjoyed my stay, place is very clean, room spacious, quite, staff so friendly and helpful, they called to make sure i am happy and asked me if there is anything i need to make me more comfortable ?, also the place is not far from Haram only 900m which is really great specially when the weather is nice, i was lucky it was very nice cool weather at night. I recommend this hotel, great value for the price and location. Thanks and hopefully see you soon ???

The location is perfect. Wonderful staff, breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. My room is 3rd floor, Housekeeping staff are absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and helpful. They make you feel so special." Thank you soo much Foysal,

Huge disappointment for the price paid. The hotel is supposed to be 5 stars but the experience was of a hotel of less than 1 star. The room was so dirty and dusty. There were 2 restaurants and the Moroccan group was sent to restaurant B where the food was mediocre. We had to protest for the food to be improved. The food in the second restaurant was so much better. The room service was mediocre, the staff was impolite. I had to protest and make scene for a face towel !!! The only positive point about it is that it's close to the Haram Mosque. Over all huge disappointment I don't recommend!!!

Had the night set menu which was a lot of food but wonderful, especially the lentil soup! Hassan was great, super friendly and inviting. Would definitely eat at the hotel restaurant again!

We had a double room. The decor is modern and stylish. The room is very comfortable and large. Good bathroom too with an excellent rain shower. The coffee shop behind the reception area has an excellent range of sandwiches, cakes and drinks. Nice shops for dates, perfumes and abaya over there as well

Makarem is a 5 star hotel in Makkah but we had a very bad experience in this hotel and also in another branch of Makarem umm alqura. Very lazy & rude staff of reception. I booked a junior suite with a king bed , but they put one extra bed in my room. When I asked the operator, she told us we can't remove this ,totally worth the experience and give only 1 star of this hotel.
