Unfortunately, for an expensive five star hotel, the rooms are dirty and dated. The shower in the bathroom is broken, and there’s a mould issue in the drains that’s making it smell awful. Dirty pillows and sticky cupboards. There are also bizarre stains on the lampshades. The mugs provided in the room were also not properly washed. Really disappointing. The only good thing is the location. Extortionate price for a very poor hotel

I don't recommend this hotel anyone. Service is not good. Stealing people money.. If you want to waste your money select this. You can find better hotel next to haram better price and service even i don't like there bathroom. I wish i could give them 0 starts and get my full refund such a bad services. Reception guy Yusaf was so rude even not helpful. He was treating me like I m his servant . Very bad behavior . Thanks

Room was not clean, I found bugs and cockroaches, I informed the hotel and they didn’t do anything about it, they claimed that cleaning supervisor will take care of it, but nothing happened. The room smelled really bad, and the air conditioner was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower door was also broken. We asked to change the room, but the reception told us that this room is one of the best. I can’t imagine how other rooms are like. My first night, I left 10 riyals as a tip to the cleaners, and to my surprise they left some garbage on the dresser, they didn’t do a good job cleaning, and they didn’t put a full set of towels in the bathroom. In the second day, I didn’t leave tip, and I was punished by someone smoking in the room, while they were cleaning. I cared less, as I was leaving the night after. I’m never staying in this hotel, and I recommend that you never do too. It was a horrible stay. I could’ve paid less for a nicer stay in nearby hotels.

Positives: Great location, a few minutes walk into the masjid. Good local shopping markets. Friendly staff and easy check in. Cons: Very dated and old room decor. Room cleanliness also needs to be looked at. Breakfast options are okay but nothing compared to a real 5* hotel. The service staff at the breakfast buffet will show favour to Arabs over non arabs. Day we arrived our bathroom was flooded because the toilet was broken which a maintenance guy came and fixed. During our stay we had room service guy walk into our room at 11pm while we were all asleep. Like seriously? On check out day we had no water in the shower or bathrooms due to a pipe bursting which took hours to fix so none of us could take a shower which wasn't convenient. Overall this is more of a 2-3 star hotel.

The only thing good about this hotel is that it is close to the Haram. You can’t get brewed coffee here, you have to use hot water and coffee powder to make it yourself. The staff are not nice. The hotel bills itself as five star, but it is not.
