Jewar Al Saqefah Hotel

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff are arrogant and don't give a damn about their guest. The beds are hard and awful to sleep on. The room floors are filled with cigarette smoke. The bathrooms have major sewage blockage issues and if you can spend more than 60 seconds in the bathroom without vomitting from the toxic smell coming from the drains then you are super human. To make things worse the bathroom doors don't close. I had booked for 2 nights and arrived in the late evening, so just made do for 1 night and asked to check out. When I tried to check out and ask for a refund for the remaining night they refused and wouldn't even help me with my bags.

Booked it as it looked promising on the website. Left completely shocked once myself and my family arrived. Horrible hotel, in need of a huge renovation especially rooms/bathrooms. Broken facilities. Got our booking wrong. Such a run down place. As soon as you enter the hotel you're hit with such a strong scent literally causes headache .. if you're sensitive to smell this isn't ideal. Elevators never all working sometimes you're waiting up to 10 mins for the elevator. Cupboards in room are broken, ac wasn't working, minimal outlets and even then not all work. The only positive this hotel has is the location but even then I wouldn't pay to stay here again. I could really list so many other issues but I'm sure you get the jist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. We log to our room which I can only compare to the worst travel lodge you’ve been to. Food left in the fridge, freezing cold and dusty. Our amazing travel agent got us (me and my husband) a free upgrade that night to a quad room. 4 single beds and much bigger with carpet: room was dusty and needed a clean. Once it was clean it was somewhat bearable. Rooms were not cleaned unless requested. Even then, bathroom was never properly cleaned and we had to request multiple times for basic things like towels and toilet paper. Breakfast buffet was horrible. Stale food and we only tried it once. Guests smoking all over the hotel. Never again

Reception Service was very bad, check-in time was from 4 pm and I came at 5:15 PM and still I had to wait to get my room because room was not ready, then why 12pm is check-out time? If there was a 0-star review, I would give this hotel 0 stars. Room & bathroom are very small. Some parts are broken in the bathroom. Constant loud noise. Worst every breakfast. Elevators are small to cater to a lot of customers. Very disappointed. Not a value for Money at all.

Very very horrible hotel i have ever been in my whole life..the room was small and the staff of the hotel was very biased.. The management of the hotel have separated the dining room into two category.. and discriminate all the guest from non arab country. It is very shameful eventhough Islam have teach us to respect others without discrimination.. I will not recommend this hotel to others and Allah will see what the management of this hotel have done to us.
