Bad service and facility, overpriced comparing to what you get - reception do not answer whenever you call - room was not clean - very bad internet - the service level is extremely bad with many examples

The worst experience i ever had , today there is an electrical shutdown ( for more than 6 hours until now ) to most of the rooms during the daytime in this hot weather and the hotel manager or the receptionist didn’t even bother to reassure, explain or apologize to the customers ! Very unprofessional.

- The internet is absurdly slow - The hotel just had a power outage for almost 2 hours. - Reception never pick the phone. You have to chase them in person to get things done - I’ll NEVER stay there again

Since this is more of business accomodation rooms are small. Complimentary breaKfast is served . There is not much food option for dinner here. Location is good & staff very friendly.
