Good experience, the rooms are good. I have booked a standard room and upgraded into junior suite. The receptionist Ibrahim is very good person and helpful.

There was BED BUGS ! I was bitten for 2 nights then they gave me a new room. No one told me laundry service was not free then charged me for laundry.

Very nice hotel in the south of Riyadh. It is comfortable clean and pleasant enough to use for business or personal trips. Ahmad from the reception was very polite and helpful.

Imma put it in bullit points: - Rooms: are VERY OUTDATED , Clean? yes , BUT OUTDATED AF + don't bother looking for a "Better Room" - Service: Very friendly and wonderful staff there which makes the stay 10x easier and better. -Location: is what got us to book there multiple times. Its in the middle , 3 mins away from Turki Bin Abdulaziz St. and 5 mins away from Al Oulaya AKA "The Center" which is GREAT. The only downside is the neighborhood atmosphere. Overall: Don't mind booking there again purely because the Location is good.
