Really an excellent hotel. Bathroom had a bit of watermarks but the amazing hospitality and comfort outweighed this for me. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, I could not find a flaw. Breakfast was unmatched. The variety, quality and taste of the food was spectacular. Really good hotel.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, room service extremely speedy, and room clean up was always on the ball. The breakfast was amazing. So much variety. Hazrat Ali - one of the cleaners was very very kind and courteous. Room cleaned to a wonderful standard. Thank you Elaf Al Taqwa

Location is great , it is very close to the Haram. The breakfast was great and full of good variety. overall the hotel services are good but house keeping needs to improve and the rooms and bathrooms need to be updated (little outdated).
