Conrad Makkah Hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Hotel, Mecca in September 2023, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of professionalism that is truly admirable. The front desk staff (I forgot the name of the gentleman who checked me in on 13-09-23), he in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. He was not only knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities but also provided valuable information about the local attractions and dining options. This personal touch made a significant difference in my stay. He also accommodated my request for a room with excellent views of Haram. This was absolutely brilliant. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for maintaining my room in impeccable condition throughout my stay. The room was always spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The housekeeping staff also accommodated my specific requests promptly, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. All members from housekeeping were excellent, specially Nusrat & team. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. They were attentive, courteous, and made dining at the hotel's restaurant a delightful experience. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service was nothing short of exemplary. During my stay, I encountered several remarkable individuals. Some exceptionally outstanding notables included Mr. Mohammed Arif from the Restaurant and Al Kawthar Lounge, Tayyab Abbasi, and his manager in a black suit from the breakfast team at Al-Meraaj Restaurant, Mr. Muhammad Ali (The HH Manager), Mr. Yasser from the Executive Lounge, and Muhammad from the Executive Lounge. These team members truly exemplify the essence of exceptional hospitality and are a valuable asset to any organization. The services offered at the Executive Lounge were truly outstanding. I was deeply impressed by the unwavering commitment and top-notch performance of both Muhammad Ali and Yasser. They exhibited a remarkable level of courtesy, kindness, and efficiency in their service delivery. Their commitment to ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction of guests is a testament to their innate hospitality skills. It's as if they were born for this profession. Their presence is akin to a divine gift bestowed upon this hotel. As someone who has visited Conrad Mecca for the third time, I can confidently say that their consistently outstanding service never ceases to amaze me. In summary, the hotel staff's dedication to ensuring their guests have a memorable and pleasant stay is truly commendable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this hotel a standout choice. I can't wait to return and enjoy their hospitality once again. I stayed in this hotel as prior I stayed at Fairmont in the clock tower. I can easily say this is one of the best hotels in terms of service, location and the lifts are brilliant. I had an amazing staff member Sabir / Shabir who Allhamdulilah helped me out. Cleaned my room as well as assisted me. Very trustworthy! In regards to management- I dealt with Muhammad Ali who was excellent in this hotel, friendly service and very helpful in everything I needed. Pricing is expensive here however you can understand after you stay here as to why.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by your Housekeeping staff during my recent stay at your hotel .The attention to detail cleanliness ,and comfort of my room exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the high level of professionalism and care by your Housekeeping team, and it made my stay at your hotel a memorable one. The room was always immaculate and the staff was friendly and attentive. They made sure that everything was well stocked and that I had everything I needed .I was particularly impressed with how quickly they responded to my requests and how they always went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable.. especially thanks to Mr Nisar Housekeeping were superb and very helpful ?

The staff made my stay a memorable one for me and my family’s first time in Makkah. The location is amazing! Just had to take an elevator to get to the Haram facing side of the hotel and cross the street. My family was surprised by how convenient the location was and how the hotel is connected to a mall with a food court, supermarket, and much more. The breakfast buffet at this hotel is so worth it!! Especially with friendly staff there that are always asking if u need anything even though it’s a self serve buffet. Buffet opened at 6am everyday which was perfect since we’d just eat breakfast after Fajr prayer. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Very clean, high class, well furnished rooms. The bathroom is big and unique. The breakfast buffet is amazing. And the most important point is the short distance to the Haram.
