Fantastic hotel- I stayed there in 2017 and stayed here again this March, and the quality has remained exactly the same! The perfume throughout the hotel encapsulates you and just gives you a unique and memorable experience 😍. The hotel reception staff speak English properly, so it’s not too difficult to communicate with them. Some of the room service staff are fantastic as well- very kind people that are willing to go out of their way, to make your stay at Anjum an amazing experience. If you are able to, it’s always nice to tip these hotel staff, simply due to how underpaid they are by the hotel. Overall, a lovely experience once again at Anjum Hotel! 👌🏽

Good for double bed rooms. They put small extra beds for triple and quad in same room size. Great location as you’re right next to the latest haram extension which has plenty of room for prayer

This hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from Haram. The hotel consists of 2 towers that are connected, so the complex is huge. Rooms are of a good size and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was average, consisting of the same items on a daily basis. There was only 1 chef cooking eggs for all the guests, so there was always a long queue. Nevertheless, there were ample items to set you up for the day. Good hotel with all the amenities you will require for your stay in Makkah.

It's a lovely hotel and the service is great however the quad rooms were much too small and squashed. We barely had any space to pray our sunnah prayers. They really should make the quad rooms bigger because I didn't expect such a small squashed room from a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I can definitely recommend it. The location is great, close to the mosque and you will always come to every prayer at time. The rooms are a little smaller than I expected, but with very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy throughout the hotel and room. People are always at your service if you need anything in your room. The breakfast was good. The food was fresh, hot and varied, sometimes I found something too greasy and too spicy, but I realized that people there just love it that way. 👍🏻
