Ok for 3 stars hotel.
The restaurant needs some improvement. They clean rooms only if you ask reception.
Nice and friendly staff especially the security person.

It’s a fairly good hotel. You’d expect more when you see it in the internet.
It says a 4 stars hotel but the service is more of a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

The hotel itself is very decent for the price. Comfortable and is within the expectations set by the online pics. Meaning the hotel pics are a fair representation of the actual hotel.
However the room was not serviced upon my return at the end of the day. The man in reception named Mustaqim was extremely rude and did not even offer an apology. Not sure how he got a job in the hospitality industry with such poor people skills.
