This hotel should be 2 stars, current prices are higher than the service provided, . trying to compensate but it seems every routine request should be agreed upon by the manager

Worst stay of my life.
There was no wifi,
The room had cockroaches,
There were no towels,
They did not have a baby cot,
The bathroom had no hot water
The bathroom had a leak which maintenance said could not be fixed.
We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night. The hotel still hasn't refunded for the other 2 nights

I highly recommend this hotel , it’s clean and has beautiful decorations. You will feel comfortable and you will receive a good service and hospitality with a reasonable prices
