short story: when we checked in was night so we slept early and go to work early morning, the breakfast was good and the receptionist told us if we will renew another night, and we did it told them we will renew and we went for umrah in 12/12/23 and when we came back surprised that receptionist said you can't stay another night unless you pay In advance which maybe that hotel or management policy (never heard my entire life with visit of 23 countries) the bill boy knock the door with ATM machine while I was taking a bath after the long day then I open his name najit nethen Bangladesh I think told me the rules if you wish to stay you need to pay and receptionist send him with machine, and he said clearly maybe you stay without payment and run away leaving the hotel in the night!!!!!????? And here I immediately called the receptionist he was Saudi man and he told me sorry you can call the management and he will call me back and never happened, and when I call back after 30 mins no answer from his side, I never ever suggest or come to this hotel anymore the didn't send room service they didn't clean the hot water was not working and towels smells badly and there is hair on the bed.

Very accessible to all locations. Clean and tidy room with all the works. Will go back again soon. Friendly staff and good food

The best hotel ever In Jeddah, he is offering the best way of service as well as the hospitality and quality, rhe price is very suitable for its service and really will come back again at soonest time

It was nice not many options on the TV for non Arab speakers and my window view was the ruined side of the next door building but it was clean and the staff were helpful
