I had the worst experience in that restaurant
The staff didn’t had enough experience in dealing with customers, especially when I faced a mistake in the food orders, instead of fixing the order, they dealt with us like (eat or leave) or we are not welcome just because they are the ones who made the mistake and they didn’t want to apologize or take any responsibility. they could’ve avoided all of what happened , if They were professionals or had little knowledge in dealing with the customers. I hope the officials should pay more attention to teaching their employees how to communicate with customers because what matters most to the customer is the good behavior and communication of the restaurant employees. To me its worst experience ever and I will not visit it again ??
