Third time to try it at terminal 5 kids like it and very busy every time we get there

I expected a whole lot than what I got, looks nothing like the poster. Plus the service is really bad, after more than 11 minutes of waiting, I asked the cashier about my order and he simply pointed to other side of the counter, without telling me all this time. Handover is also a fight scene where you need to cry out to get the guy to give your order.
