Good value for money. Most of the employees, surprisingly even the expats didn't speak English which was a let down. Overall was happy with the stay.

most of the food looks decent in it heaters, once I started eating I found out the quality was really poor and it seems all hot meals are originally mass produced frozen meals.
As for the salads they are ok.

One of the best hotels in Makkah, you feel comfortable staying there, kind and smiley receptionists. The room area is sufficient, appliances are working well, the toilet is well prepared. The restaurant is amazing. A bus is available to drop the guests at HARAM.
