Cleaning/Room Service staff: 1 star
Everything is great about this hotel… Except the cleaning staff and room service at night. There are a few good ones but the ones we dealt with were annoyed at any request.
Bottom line. Good hotel but expect to do most of the cleaning up and bring your own coffe and drinks yourself.

The hotel was well decorated at the reception, and special thanks goes to Taif who was at a great help. However, the hotel is 15 minutes away by bus from Al Harm. The bus condistion is very bad, not cleaned and the driver doesn't have a good attitude, and gets late sometimes for pick ups. The rooms were very small and the toilets not maintained well. At night the kids were running at the corridor even though I called the reception
many times to complain. For the housekeeping I had to call for it.

It was nice experience, It’s a bit crowded though but overall great hotel to stay in during your time in Makkah city

Worst Hotel in Makkah, if you are going for pilgrim purposes, please do not stay here, their bus service to haram is worst, they have one coster every hour but it will go 15 min before time, so you have to wait 75 min for next one and if you are luckey you will board because all ladies will capture the bus seat then you will not be allowed to board. Ridiculous!!!!. please consider 100 SAR per trip taxi cost otherwise you will not get jamat in Harram Maszid. Receptionist will not entertain you and Manager will not meet you. Room service and housekeeping is very bad, they do not provide toiletries untill you ask. Overall do not stay here, better take any low cost hotel not this hotel who claim 5 star and servise is lower than 1 star.

Hotel architecture is very nice, marble throughout. Location is pretty good, free shuttle bus every hour to and from Al Haram. Nice food shops and supermarket close by, and very nice large mosque next door. The hotel is let down by a lack of services to their guests. They don't really want to help you out with anything. Housekeeping has to be called everyday, if you don't call you don't get. Finally got housekeeping, did ok job but never vacuumed the carpet. We asked to have clothes laundered, filled in the form, called them. They said they would send someone to collect the clothes, they never did.
If this hotel was more attentive to it's guests, it could be great.
