My experience at Park Inn by Radisson hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving at 6pm, our room was not ready. The staff was rude and unhelpful. It took over 1.5 hours for our luggage to arrive, despite multiple calls and having to go down to retrieve it ourselves. They failed to provide enough dental kits for our triple occupancy room. They also neglected to inform us about shuttle timings and breakfast, forcing us to ask for information ourselves. Waiting for an hour at the egg station due to understaffing was frustrating. Basic amenities such as tissues and napkins were missing from the table, requiring multiple requests. The staff provided conflicting information regarding shuttle timings. Additionally, our room was not cleaned as requested, and there was no "make my room" tag available. Given these numerous issues, I have decided to check out after only 2 nights, despite having paid for 5.

Little far from Haram but has a good shuttle every 1 hour.
Clean and tidy.
Breakfast was good , can be included with South Indian food

This hotel is not disabled friendly. We booked 2 rooms and when arrived got only 1 room and the other after 6 hours and after calling the manager. The food is not of a good standard. There are only few persons that are helpful.

Horrible experience
1. Room service below Average and very slow.
2.Breaksfast : very old bakery items, quality of food not good, no butter available, no Laban and yoghurt available and disappointed with quality of food.
3.Bus service very poor: When driver was asked why is He not in time to start to Makkah He starts fighting.
4. Very far from Makkah.
5. As the Hotel is very old there are no Door bells and some amenities missing.
