I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Madina, and so far this hotel far exceeds the others. Stuffs are extremely gentle and helpful. Rooms are very clean and filled with expensive amenities. And nothing beats the location to the masjid AL Nawabi.

We stayed for two nights in February.
Our room was in the 5th floor . And renovations were going drilling and hammering. Also water had a problem for the first night and they announced.
After complaining about it a lot they agreed to refund one night which was really nice
The food was really great.

Great location with a view of the haram and very upscale vibe along with great staff, but be wary as the price is very high and it’s not the best volume for the price

They did well. I got one of their bento box offers, and it was well-cooked and tasty. My compliments to the chef. The staff took care of us and was polite.

A must visit every time we come to madinah munawarah. Even though we stay at Hilton due to diamond status but Kyoto visit is always there. The wonderful gentleman Abdul Rahman makes this place special; he is perfect for hospitality business.
