The staff and the atmosphere of the place are great, the staff are helpful and respectful, and the place is clean. The burger and chicken platters are amazing and so delicious, and the salad extra dish are tasty and clean. It’s cheap and affordable, for three people plus a dessert was 244 SAR, which is considered cheap for amazing food. Excellent overall!! ????

A huge quality drop , ordered the tumbleweed burger but the bun was old. Been a customer for a few years now and I guess it's time to move on?
Update: visited a few days ago
And the quality was much better. The restaurant now has responsive waiters and waitresses along with an updated menu.
I ordered the works burger an i was a 9/10
The mozzarella cheese sticks were amazing 10/10 .
And last but not least the dessert. We ordered an apple pie with ice cream and it was amazing also 9/10
I greatly recommend the restaurant and I’m glad that I gave it a second chance?

Focuses more on quantity rather than quality. Nothing too exceptional or unique. Just a normal fast food chain serving satisfactory food. Quantity served is more than enough, nevertheless, was too expensive an experience for me to be trying it again.

I have been dining at Fuddruckers restaurant since they first opened in Jeddah in May 1994. I have had many great experience there. Again in 2020 standard remain very high, excellent food, from preparation to presentation, prefect desserts and drinks. The service was great, staff were friendly, polite and cooperative especially Mr. Abo Said. May their business get them lots of fortune, name and fame. I wish them good luck in reaching the top of their game. Very pleased.

First of all, if there are more than four people, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance for a large seat by the window.
The taste of the food and the staff's service were also excellent.
There were five of us, but we sat in the middle of the restaurant because there were many customers.
The gap between the table and the chair was very narrow, and when three people sat in a row, they bumped into the person next to them during the meal.
