The rooms are really small especially 2 bed ones. However the overall experience has been phenomenal. The staff is really nice in general and Hatsoff to Wid from Room service and Captain Titu from restaurant
As for location, really the cheapest 5 star hotel with all amenities in this vicinity
Last for not the least, the hotel could really use some renovations

The rooms are quite small and dark but the beds are comfy. The overall cleanliness can be improved and the bathrooms need to be updated. The location is excellent. It will take you only 3 minutes to walk to Masjid al Haram. There are lots of restaurants nearby so you have a lot of options (mostly fast food). Overall this is an average hotel but the location is very good so that's why we chose it.

Clean rooms, breakfast is good , near the haram , walking almost 3 minutes to reach haram, only furniture is a bit old, but in general its good for umrah purposes, and its near to all shops could be needed. One plus point is that rooms have speakers connected to the haram, so u can hear the athan and prayers.

Rooms are tight and pretty small, however the service is brilliant especially from Saiful Islam on the 4th Floor. He went above and beyond to fulfill any request you had. In terms of location, the hotel was brilliant.
Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown compared to other 5* hotels I’ve visited in the past. The breakfast has the standard boilerplate menu items but not much variety.

We booked this hotel without any expectations but we definitely made the best decision. The rooms were clean and the location was absolutely spot on. Moreover, we stayed in room 408 and recieved spectacular service from Saiful Islam who was super kind and helpful. He tended to us very quickly, cleaned our rooms beautifully and was so caring. Highly recommend
