The store is beautiful, tidy and luxurious. The female employees are helpful and kind. I wanted a black bag and it was not available in this branch. The employee brought it after several days and contacted me and I went and got it. Good luck. Thank you.

The one girl who works as a cashier in Coach store was so not friendly, I was trying to pay with credit card but she told me they don't have it and she asked me to use the ATM to pull the cash, 5 mins later, the store was closed !!!
