Amal from Guest services was really nice and helpful throughout our stay! Thank you for looking after our comfort during our stay.
The hotel isn’t really modern, I didn’t really like the room and bathroom, but there isn’t anything wrong in particular. The hair dryer in the room i stayed in wasn’t working.
The staff at the restaurant are not very professional, we asked to order from the in room dining menu instead of buffet for dinner. The guy was hesitant at first & then asked us to sit at the far corner.. weird.. it wasn’t crowded. the food wasn’t great either, bland, and they took a long to serve even the starters! And something wasn’t cooked, the spring roll i believe was still frozen, as as a compensation they served us fresh fruits after.
Overall, i dont think i would stay here again.

I was sitting in the Starbucks cafe and Hakim was very nice and kind. He was polite and the service was great. I really enjoyed it and I’ve been one week here with my son and we had a really nice time thank you Hakim. There are very nice people here and thank you for making us happy and making the guests happy to.

Went for Umrah for first and stayed at Taiba Madinah Hotel. Excellent location , literally 3 min walk to Masjid Nabwi .
Excellent service and we had breakfast booked with our stay . Excellent choice of food for breakfast.
Highly recommend this hotel if anyone going for umrah.
Five stars all the way ✨️

Very good location. The staff were very helpful. Especially Md Mahadi (supervisor) who would always ask if we needed anything and was always willing to help and provide great customer service. The rooms were tidy and clean with an amazing view of the Masjid. Overall a great place to come if your looking for friendly staff, location and shopping /food.
