Located at Al Aqeeq madinah hotel building ground floor (stairs entrance)..its just fast food cafe so we didnt try any food and just having milk tea and mint black tea. Because in other cafes are so expensive like for milk tea they ask 6 riyals mean its triple price. Tea are good and they staffs are too. Both guys from bangladesh at good service..like my review if you feel same..gotcha

The service was absolutely awful, the window was broken meaning the window couldn't be closed,, some of the staff are rude and have poor people skills.
The canteen manager took a bowl of fruit cocktail off me when I finished breakfast (possibly throwing the fruit away) because he did not want me to take the bowl to the room.
Only has room services once in 4 days and we had to ask several times for this to be completed and even had the sign on the front of the door nobe. I don't intend to return back
Only positive is it is very very close to masjid

Nice, clean, comfortable. Convenient location. We had multiple breakfasts and lunch at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff - ready to go the extra mile.
We had a big group, in four rooms - few of the people in the group were elderly. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. Thank you, Taiba Madinah.
