Abdul Kalam and Alaa are very helpful! They have the best coffee. I love sitting in the ambience. The cafe is beautiful. The coffee, the sweets, and the food are great. Best Starbucks and cafe that I have ever been to! Great service too!

Its a good place, they have specil lift also but if you get a room on that side, you can ask the front desk. Room is good , there is a small kitchen. Overall very good experience.

Near to Al Haram mosque about 50 meters. Perform Umrah stayed 7 night. Quite crowded, covid SOP was not strictly followed even in the lift especially before prayers call. Security at random will asked your luggage to be xrayed. Restaurant at level 6. Variety of Malaysian food and very tasty. Very clean, regularly mop clean floors.
Lots of security personnel.
No worries for Malaysian as the securities personnel are very lenient to Malaysian and some of them speak Malay/Indonesian.
InsyaaAllah will Perform the umrah again with my wife, grand daughter and grandson, InsyaaAllah.
*It's an experience of a life time especially praying in front of Kaàbah*.

Retaj Albayt Suites Hotel is a big mistake to stay in. No parking lot. The closest is 2.5 km away. No transportation from the hotel to your car. Very noisy. Drilling sound is aggravating. Telephone is not working with its own reception. choosing it is just a mistake that I made.

Good place to stay/ it’s very near holy haram and walkable distance only. Had nice rooms and underground parking/ facilities are good
