Bad customer service, made us pay and then stated there's no delivery. Pizza is not extremely hot. Disappointing service, never again from this branch. Staff insist they didn't make a mistake. They could've just said sorry for the misunderstanding, but they ignorantly stated it was our mistake. Rude and unaccountable staff. Someone had to make a 40-minutes drive to pick a cold pizza from your incompetent staff.

If you're looking for a place to sit alone and bask in your pizza-deprived sorrow, BRNX pizza is your new go-to! This joint had all the makings of a great pizza place – snazzy decor, cool vibes, and the aroma of hot, fresh dough wafting through the air – but unfortunately, the pies themselves were as bland as beige wallpaper.
BRNX pizza desperately needed a bit of a "twist", ya know? Something to make us stop scrolling through our phones and actually pay attention to what we were eating. Instead, each bite was as ho-hum as an elevator ride.
Not gonna lie though, we DID come up with a solution. A dip! Just a little bit of oomph to contrast the dryness of the pizza would have been perfect.
Oh, and one more thing – BRNX pizza had root beer! If you're a sucker for that old-fashioned soda-shop vibe, you'll be delighted to know that they've got your fix covered.
And despite the lackluster food, we do have to give it up to the staff. They were friendly, kind, and clearly passionate about pizza (even if the final product didn't quite live up to our expectations).
So hey, if you're ever in the mood for a quiet, low-key pizza experience in Khobar, BRNX pizza might just do the trick. Just be sure to bring your own dip (and possibly a good book) to liven up the meal.

The family section dining area is nice ?? clean and spacious.. the pizza is okay ??.. they serve different sizes and lots of pizza flavors.. good place

My family fell in love with your pizza ? We have dined 3 times and the 4th one was take out of 2 party size for our daughter's birthday celebration at school. We were able to try different flavors/variants and all were impressive, but Chicken Alfredo stood out for us. Your staff/services were also good. Anyway, let our frequent visits tell you about our great experience. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and they recommend good promos. We got a buy 1 take 1 promo and was totally satisfied with the food. We finished it and didn’t feel that the food was too oily. Would definitely eat here again
