TOO MUCH WAITING TIME
I wish I could give them 5 stars but one of the most important things to me in any place I visit is the customer service, and it wasn’t great.
They told us the wait time is 30 minutes but we waited over an hour and after we ordered we waited another hour.
The food was good but not warm, we had to wait after the food arrived to get a fork to eat with (there wasn’t any cutlery at the table).

First visit ..
Environment and interior :
Amazing vibe and theme, comfy seats, and clean tables. Although dim lighted.
Only small numbers of tables on the first floor, but they have second floors.
I wouldn’t recommended it for studying or working, but very nice for friends meeting and families.

Friendly and helpful

Coffee was nice.
Desserts are good, not the best I had though.
We tried the red velvet cheesecake, tiramisu, and two others with chocolate.
Overall ;
One of the best cafes in Makkah, I would recommend it if your visiting or going with friends.
