Been having stiff neck due to working on the laptop a lot so really needed a good massage. I must say I had a very relaxing massage by Hershey who was very welcoming, courteous and simply lovely. I mentioned about my stiff neck which she focused on and it definitely eased the pain. I will definitely be back inshaallah. Thank you Hershey.

Dining at Waldorf Astoria’s restaurant was an unforgettable experience, the restaurant exudes luxury offering a diverse and exquisite menu. The steak with mushroom sauce, risotto, carpaccio and seafood soup were all outstanding and bursting with the flavor. I tried the rich chocolate fondue, which was a cherry on top, very unique and luxurious dining experience.

I stayed here for one night and I wish it was longer! This is a beautiful property in one of the most lively neighborhood in Jeddah. Everything from the architecture, details, decor about this hotel is beautiful. It is located right across from a lot of restaurants that stay open till 2-3am which is a big plus point for me. The service and staff members were probably my favorite part about this and the reason I'll be back here whenever I am back in Jeddah.
Huge thank you and shoutout to Abdul(our doorman), Abdullah and Abdulrehman(the front-desk folks) and Shahadat (butler) who went above and beyond to provide a great stay for me and my family!

Very luxurious hotel with very elegant and beautiful decorative entrance
Amazing details everywhere and very nice staff and welcoming
Stayed once here for two night and was unforgettable stay
Close to Jeddah Hilton and can enjoyed services on both hotels
