We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Venue Jeddah last week, and we must say, the service exceeded our expectations. In particular, we were highly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the manager, Mr. Mazid. From handling our booking inquiries to ensuring our stay was comfortable, his responsiveness and assistance were truly commendable.
Moreover, we found the property to be impeccably maintained, and its prime location added to the overall experience. The ambiance and amenities provided at The Venue Jeddah contributed significantly to our enjoyable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a superb accommodation experience in Jeddah.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Venue Hotel in Jeddah for 10 days, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Sara, the reception and guest welcoming incharge at the breakfast restaurant if the hotel.
Sara's dedication to providing exceptional service truly made my stay at the Venue Hotel even more enjoyable. She embodies the qualities of a true hospitality professional, and I commend her for her outstanding work.

The Venue Hotel in Jeddah wasn't worth the money we spent. We were told we'd have two big beds, but got two small ones instead, so we had to pay for another bed that is very uncomfortable. There were only a few plugs in the room, and the TV didn't work well. The bathroom was too bright with no soft light option, and there weren't enough bathroom supplies. The desk chair was broken, and the sofa was uncomfortable. The hallway smelled like cigarettes, which was unpleasant. Compared to other hotels we stayed at for the same price in Mecca and Medina, this one was a letdown. The only good things were its nearness to the beach and the tasty breakfast, but it was pricey. Overall, we were disappointed with the Venue Hotel in Jeddah.

Most of the employees are nice and they serve you with a smile.
The room is a bit small, doesn't look fresh decor wise.
The bathroom is very basic and I had some issues with hot eater as well
Overall good experience but they need to reconstruct

The staff and their services are amazing. I would like to appreciate Ms. Heaven for accommodating. The food was outstanding for a buffet with different cuisines. The atmosphere is amazing. Would recommend it to someone? Yes of course!!!
