What a great experience I had at this hotel. The hotel staff are really respectful and hospitable.
I found that the hotel is only a 1 minute walk from the entry to the clock tower and is location in Safwah Towers. Great location to get inside Masjid Al-Haram.

Al Ghufran truly is a 5 star hotel. I stayed here for 7 nights in March with my family and was very happy and impressed. The service of the hotel was excellent. Initially, they gave me the wrong hotel room but when I told them, they corrected the issue and upgraded us to a larger room without hesitation. If you ever need to call the lobby for something you will have it within 5 minutes. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists and managers. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Lots of options and healthy foods. The location is the best part about this hotel as it's a very convenient 5 - 7 minute walk to the Haram. You can also access shopping, groceries and a food court right in the same building. I would 100% book Al Ghufran again for my stay in Makkah.
