Great hotel nerby Haram Hundreds of shops food centers people are very kindly hearted ...
Somehow if you are unlucky you will find the electric stairs are off but mainly they are working...!
By the way the place is very crowded so make yourself helpful especially for the old persons...
Things are usually cheap at this tower so prepare your mind to get second level quality but not so bad compared to the price...
People running the shops are mainly Bangali and Yemeni very peaceful, but with crowdedness maybe you won't feel them try being in their shoes and you'll understand the issues going with their job!
Prayer times can get tough to get out but nonetheless you can pray nearby the shops since you can hear the haram Imam...
This is center of the center of the world 🌎...

A hotel that provides the best service from several angles. All the food is delicious. The international staff is very helpful and friendly. God willing, I will come again for Umrah and Hajj

The location is really good, the staff are really nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is great
I don't like the architectural style though, but it's all the city, I'm more into modern architecture. Nevertheless it does not affect your stay.
The breakfast was really good, large variety and tasted great.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable room cleanliness and the exceptional service throughout our stay shout out to our room boy joy and rajib. every aspect exceeded our expectations. The hotel's prime location provided convenient access to near to Haram, and the amenities offered added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment to our experience. We'll definitely be returning insyallah
