No room service! Very dirty towels and bedsheets. No wifi. No iron. Very dirty bathrooms, they need full upgrade. Reception staff Ms Saba and a young bangali boy were very helpful. Looks like rooms have never been cleaned.

Average hotel. The room service phone didn't work and was never fixed in my 3 days of stay. The safe was not functional. 3 stars for the location.

stayed here during my umrah trip, location just around 3-5min walk to Masjid Nabawi, lots of gift, clothes and dates stores nearby.
2 fast food Chicking and McDonald's located very near.
