Location is great, breakfast is great. The rooms are small, very old bathroom setups, shower over bath with shower curtains. The staff is not friendly. Front desk reception ladies have attitudes. Cleaning services needs reminders. Towels are old. I stayed in a king deluxe room.

Room are The room is comfortable and clean, the hotel is close to the Prophet's Mosque, only 5-10 minutes away... but the service from the staff is not good. We pay for the meal and drink package but we are not allowed to take boiled water. ready to push our bottle when we fill water. for its rude. while I said I took water for my mother who is not feeling well but she still refused. After that, the staff likes to knock on the door of the room repeatedly to promote the laundry

Overall, the impression is just OK, but if I talk about rooms, they are nice and comfortable, but basic amenities are lacking. Sheets were clean and were changed on demand. No iron is available in the room. Locker was not working. The lifts are nightmare. You are very lucky if you find the lift in 1st instance.
Staff is cooperative but a little bit slow. I didn't use the hotel Internet service. The location is good.

Despite lots of negative reviews of this hotel, we still booked this one. A positive review is that they have started renovation. The furniture is new in the room, however the carpet is in such a bad condition and that is not because of hotel management. It is because people who come here don't have basic ethics to remove slippers when walking on the carpets.
Bed linens are fine, room service is provided. Tea coffee, water etc. are provided. Towels are also provided.
Bathroom is clean, however wash basin is broken and whole bathroom needs to be replaced as it is quite old.

Hotel rooms are average.
Location is also good specially for families.
Only issue is number of lifts which is only 4 for more than 12 floors of building and its crowded in prayer times
