ZamZam Pullman Makkah Hotel

Location just steps away from the Holy Mosque at Makkah. Speedy elevators, sparkling clean, staff humble and helpful. Daily hundreds of check-in, check-outs without any hustle. In reception area Arabian coffee & Dates served after prayers. The soft drink joints is expensive. Bathroom needs floor mats -provided on request only. Views are superb. Smoking room is designated at M2 level only, should increase more. Breakfast admirable. Lifetime opportunity to be a guest there.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced a mix of positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and had a great view. The cleanliness was also impressive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices to select from, making the dining experience a pleasant one. On the flip side, the check-in process was slow, and we had to wait for a long time due to the rush and the limited number of receptionists available. The customer service was also not up to par as they took a very long time to respond to our calls. One of the main issues we encountered was the delay in receiving our bags, which we only received after contacting customer service. Moreover, the items on the menu were quite expensive, which was a bit of a letdown for us. We were expecting to have more affordable options to select from, but this was not the case. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs. While the spacious and clean room and the breakfast buffet are commendable, the slow check-in process, poor customer service, and expensive menu items were a bit of a letdown.

Very good location within the Clock Tower. Check in could be more efficient when there is a huge crowd. Room (twin) is clean enough but not really 5-star. Furnishing seems old and bathroom needs updating. Good room cleaning service and staff are generally friendly. The buffet breakfast is not very diverse compared to the other hotels situated in the Clock Tower. Only recommended if there is an offer on.

It was excellent. Bathroom was a bit small. But over all was good. Manar was so good in helping guest and especially me and my family in every aspect of my stay. She is amazing girl hard working. May Allah bless her. Amen

It’s midnight and I’m writing a review. This should tell you how bad this stay has been. We are Currently staying at the Pullman whilst we perform our umrah. Booked 2 rooms for 7 people. We were supposed to get 2 suites. Instead we got a ridiculously small duplex and a ‘suite’ with a broken toilet and which smelt of urine. Unbelievable. After complaining we were then given 2 suites. The first didn’t have enough beds, Or bathroom amenities (towels, loo rolls, shower gel or soap) so we had to go buy our own. The room wasn’t cleaned for days despite several requests. And then when someone did show up, they couldn’t do the whole room because they were too busy. Half the plugs didn’t work and the room looked like it was worn out. The second suite didn’t have working air conditioning or curtains that closed- letting light in so we couldn’t sleep. Did I mention that I’m writing this review at midnight? this is because our room is ridiculously hot due to the non working AC. Same issue with bathroom amenities - if three people are sharing a room, they need more then one 25ml shower gel bottle!! Plugs and lights inside the room didn’t work properly, and the whole room smelt of old cooking. Despite multiple requests to have someone come and fix the air conditioning, no one turned up. Oh and the room wasn’t cleaned daily, more like every three days. Just horrible. How can someone treat people like this. It’s so bad. These rooms were expensive and what should have been a stress free stay with a reputable company turned out to be wholly disappointing.
