You will fill in love with hotel from first sight, rooms are ok, toilets are average
Breakfast is one of best
It’s cool that there is a Starbucks
GYM is not good at all but it works if u need just a tridmail
Prices are little bit high
No shops or restaurants surrounding the hotel but it is very cool if your business is closed to the hotel

One employee on the reception. So you need wait 30-40 min each time.
We have booked king size, but after 1 hour of awaiting they gave us twin bad.
Room service also really poor.
Do not answer wall calls from room.
Impossible to call the taxi from hotel.
Its absolutely not a five star hotel.
Broken sink in the bathroom.
Laundry didn’t back wear after 24 hours. So we should go to reception take it back.

The hotel is good, but in an area far from the city, but it is not worth this price. The shower in the bathroom does not work. There were repairs in the hotel and noise at the end of the night and in the morning. The alarm went off for no reason. The service is bad. It was a bad experience visiting the hotel.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the management and staff for orchestrating the perfect wedding day. From the impeccable food to the breathtaking decor, every detail was flawlessly executed. A special mention goes to Reetal whose presence ensured our day was not only enjoyable but also peaceful. Her professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable. I am also deeply thankful to Lamiya for her incredible support throughout the planning process. And let's not forget to mention Reem's marvelous decor, which truly added a magical touch to our celebration. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. God bless you!
