The hotel is situated within a palatial building and offers a range of amenities and facilities for guests to enjoy. While the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh does not specifically mention a bowling alley among its amenities, However, as of my knowledge cutoff date, there was no specific information about a bowling facility at the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh.

Super friendly staff. Frank was very helpful and welcoming. Khawla at the reception was nice as well. Breakfast buffet was 1p/10. Nice rooms and a nice fountain view. Clean sheets and spacious rooms.

We had the buffet here and it was amazing! The staff were super helpful and kind. There was a butcher night and the steak was cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed everything here and the staff accommodated my husbands birthday perfectly. Thank you!

Stunning Grand entry! The staff were over the top friendly and accommodating! On our second day, I told the breakfast buffet supervisor Mayvel that its our firs time in Saudi Arabia and 5minutes later she came to our table with the manager and the chef with them is a bouquet of flowers, box of sweet treats and hand written card welcoming our first visit to the country. WOW! That is exceptional customer service, we are just beyond impressed. That was very thoughtful, Ritz Carlton never fails. Thank You! We’ve never felt so welcomed!

Exceptional experience and an incredible staff that work behind the scene.
I’ve spent 4 nights and there wasn’t anything I can criticize. Food was fresh and delicious, service was incredible, response rate was very fast which made the overall experience exceptional.
