Nice Hotel, but they need more attention..
Room window dose not close, water in bathroom dose not drain, and phone not working..
Last day the key card stoped working
I needed to call and see the reception many times for many issues

The hotel room is amazing, very luxurious hotel, the staff are friendly.
We are still there until Monday, everything is really good but we have a big issue with the smell of the pillows. We have 6 pillows in our room and all of them smell AWFUL. I'm not sure why, we asked to change the pillows, and the new ones are the same. It could be because of whatever the pillow fillings are made of or some other reason.
