It’s a great hotel and with good decent amenities.
I would like to thank daya who helped and served us with a smile for all the request .
But I would like to say that we checked in 27th April as we checked in there was a power shortage in the hotel we out electricity for 3 hr+ which was is not something good for a Hilton chain it killed it.
First class architecture tho my stay would have been great if there was electricity

The general impression is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up for everyone, they give me a very welcoming feeling all the time. The breakfast is more than enough and excellent quality. I recommend the wellness as every aspect was take care of in detail. Only comments are the rooms... they are very dark, bad smell and there's no view, overall they need refreshment. Carpet not very clean. No socket in the bathroom for a hairdryer is a disappointment. I'd give this stay an 8,5/10

Unfortunately, unpleasant experience.
I had a room with dirty toilet, and the reception manager tells me we can give you free breakfast (which was already paid and included) after I complained about it.
Obviously, it was good hotel at some point early days maybe, not anymore. Dave your money and go to the newer competitor just across the street

It looks like a Palace.
I found it gorgeous.
My stay was in and out unfortunately but I really enjoyed it.
I wish I could have had something to go for breakfast as I had to leave before they opened thou

Its very shameful that the hotel has a very nice building, its built wonderful. However, very very bad operation. Rooms are very bad. We had only one towel in the bathroom although we are two people, room service was very bad we couldn't even eat the meal. It took them more than 24 hours just to iron 2 items of clothes. The hotel should seriously consider restructuring everything this is very bad
