I don't visit that place yet but i love it because the location was very close to the prophetic mosque and the 25' gate. I wish can stay there another time, back to Madina aamiin

WARNING ⛔️
VERY BAD experience, this hotel is extremely unhygienic. The bathrooms and kitchen are very smelly.
Phots posted on booking.com and google are very much deceiving. Furniture and bathrooms are outdated and super filthy.
Very poor customer service, we stayed for five nights, requested room cleaning more than seven times, they only came once after 9:00 PM to do a one-time cleaning during five days stay.
We were so disappointed to see such poor maintenance. It is truly disgusting, so I don’t recommend this hotel. The cost of staying here was not justifiable, rather it was very expensive for such poor maintenance and unhygienic property.
